For IN Rs.1/- (Indian Rupee one only) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I, hereby grant HyperEffects (hereinafter called the Producer} my consent and right to use the photos//video/digital,electronic recording, etc taken by me of different places in India to use them in connection with  'Hara Bhara Hai Bharat Mera' song/video  and that the said material given by me may be edited, broadcast, telecast  etc and used in marketing media and I have no objection for my name to be mentioned in the video/ marketing media in reference to the materials given by me. I release the Producer and assigns from any claims or demands arising from the use of photos/videos, materials given by me, used in connection with "Hara Bhara Hai Bharat Mera" song music project. 

By signing below I agree to the terms and conditions contained within this agreement and I acknowledge to understanding of the terms and conditions herein.
