The undersigned is the Parent /Guardian of the Minor child. The undersigned is entitled to the sole and complete custody, care and control of the Minor child and, furthermore, is entitled to enter into this Parental /Legal Guardian Consent.
The Hindi song 'Hara Bhara Hai Bharat Mera' will hereinafter be referred to as ‘song’
Parent or Legal Guardian will hereinafter be referred to as the ‘Parent’.
Minor child will hereinafter be referred to as the ‘Artist'
This contract is between HyperEffects WA USA (hereinafter called the Producer) and the Parent of Minor child.
I, the Parent, will send song “ Hara Bhara Hai Bharat Mera” recordings in my minor child, the Artist’s voice to the Producer. and give full permission to the Producer to use the Artist’s voice recordings in the song “Hara Bhara Hai Bharat Mera”. I will accept an amount of
US $1/- (US Dollar One only) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I, the Parent will give up all full legal copyrights rights and full life of copyrights, of the Artist’s recording in the Artist’s voice for the “Hara Bhara Hai Bharat Mera” song, to the Producer. The Producer will not be responsible for any payment to anyone else other than the total amount to the Parent.
With the full payment received I, the Parent have sold total and all rights, the full legal copyrights and full life of copyrights and all renewals and extensions thereof, of the song recordings in the Artist’s voice to the Producer. No royalties, residuals, profits or revenues generated by the use or sale of mentioned song or copyrights will be shared with the Parent or the Artist. All revenues / profits from the song will belong to the Producer. I, the Parent, will have no objection to the Artist’s personal name, the Artist’s photos/videos being advertised, marketed for this “Hara Bhara Hai Bharat Mera” song project. The Producer, its successors and assigns or its associate company can use Artist’s full name or part of name, the Artist’s photographs/images or likeness, Artist’s videos for all artwork/advertising /marketing /promotions, broadcast, telecast, use of it in literature etc. and these may also be distributed, transmitted, in any and all media including, without limitation cable, broadcast, television, all online and cyber platforms, internet, and for exhibitions, promotion, press conferences, in brochures and other press media by the Producer, its successors or assigns. etc for this music project audio/video " Hara Bhara Hai Bharat Mera" as deemed necessary by the Producer. I, the Parent agree to give all legal rights and full life of copyrights and all renewals and extensions thereof, of the photos/videos/recordings of my son/daughter, the Artist to the Producer and release the Producer, its successors and assigns, it’s associate company, from any claims or demands arising from the use of materials recorded in which the Artist appears or can be heard for this song music project. This agreement shall take effect immediately, and shall remain in full force and effect indefinitely.
By signing below I, the Parent agree to the terms and conditions contained within this agreement and I acknowledge to understanding of the terms and conditions herein.
