For US $1/- (US Dollar one only) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I, hereby grant HyperEffects (hereinafter called the Producer} its successors and assigns, my consent and right to use my name, use my recorded video or audio, record my voice audio, record video (digital or electronic) of myself /my voice/my likeness/my performance, the right to photograph me,in connection with the production and distribution of the video/audio, film, electronic, digital presentation for the patriotic song/music/video for "Hara Bhara Hai Bharat Mera" and that the said video/audio /film/digital,electronic recording, electronic video/still images of mine, or excerpts of it will be the property of the Producer and these may be edited, reproduced ,printed, broadcast, telecast, transferred, distributed, transmitted, in any and all media including, without limitation cable, broadcast television, all online and cyber platforms, internet, and for exhibitions, promotion, advertising, press conferences, marketing,and in brochures and other press media by the Producer, its successors or assigns. I grant all rights, title, interest I may have in all original video/audio recordings, recording copies, edited versions, negatives, prints, reproductions, still photographs, finished pictures to the Producer and I agree to give all legal rights and full life of copyrights of the recordings to the Producer. I release the Producer and its successors and assigns from any claims or demands arising from the use of materials recorded in which I appear or can be heard in connection with, for or in reference to the "Hara Bhara Hai Bharat Mera" patriotic song music project.
By signing below I agree to the terms and conditions contained within this agreement and I acknowledge to understanding of the terms and conditions herein.
